Recipe: Wrapped feta cheese with honey and sesame seeds

 

1 sheet phyllo pastry

200g feta cheese (a slice about 1,5cm thick)

4 teaspoons sesame seeds

4 teaspoons of honey

Olive oil

 

Lightly brush a thin layer of olive oil across the sheet of phyllo with a pastry brush. Cut the phyllo in the middle. Place the 2 halves of phyllo, one over the other, and in the middle, place the block of feta cheese. Fold into an envelope. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, and cook the feta cheese on each side until golden. Remove the cheese from the frying pan, drizzle with honey, sprinkle the sesame seeds over it and serve warm.
